They cried, they laughed, they learned, they felt deeply, and they reconnected with their authentic selves. They were not afraid to show their vulnerability, just like the brown bears they visited at the Liberty Bear Sanctuary, to learn that through mutual respect and support we thrive on this planet, within our communities, families and within our organisations. They shared their pains and frustrations in a safe space created by the group. “We’ve got you” – was the motto used by all to allow deep insights to take place. ​

Our audacious leaders completed the four-day long journey by burning their fears in a fire ritual in the evening, letting go of habits that no longer served them, and planting seeds of dreams in the morning, allowing for transformation to begin.
