The session will increase awareness around the silent epidemic of stress at work, and equip the participants with practical skills for outsmarting stress and preserve their energy and that of their team. 

This workshop is delivered by Alina Addison and Jennifer Napier, a practicing doctor, coach and organisational consultant.
