If you have been following some of the conversations coming out of Davos, you may have noticed a common thread.

One article we read pulled together five themes shaping leadership agendas worldwide.

Here what stood out for us: Leadership is becoming the bottleneck.

The demands on leaders have shifted. AI is no longer just about tools, it is about redesigning how work actually happens. Geopolitics means decisions now have to hold up across more than one possible future. Resilience is no longer about coping, it is about building the capacity to grow through uncertainty.

Another phrase that kept coming up was the “brain economy”.

The idea is simple. Cognitive, emotional, and social capacity are not soft skills. They are economic assets. When they are under pressure, decision making suffers, trust erodes, and performance dips. When they are strengthened, everything shifts.

We were not in Davos. But we recognise what leaders are sharing from our work every week.

And if you are anything like us, trying to keep leadership human in a fast moving, AI driven world is not easy. The fear of being left behind. The pressure to do more with less. The push to replace people with systems. The noise gets loud, and that is often when the inner critic really takes over.

That is why we focus on human centred leadership. And why community and connection matter more than ever.

This month, Tatiana is hosting a short, free live session as part of that commitment to our community, with insight and tools on how to manage that inner critic.

We are all busy, and these sessions are our way of staying connected and sharing practical, high value insights with you, and we will only run a few of these each year, so do not miss it.

30 minute session with Tatiana:

From Inner Critic to Inner Power
Wednesday 26 February
12pm UK

We know many of you will be in the office, so it has been designed with that in mind. It will be practical, engaging, and we will close with a short meditation to help ground and anchor what you take away.

If this resonates, we would love you to join us.
