Last month has reminded us of the power of community and the courage it takes to invest in yourself. In September, Alina Addison and Tatiana Poliakova – Tatiana CEO joined Rich Litvin 4PC Intensive, hosted at The Transylvanian Inn, Alina’s own hotel. For Alina, this was a dream come true.
Two years ago, on Rich’s podcast, Alina Addison spoke her audacious dream of one day hosting 4PC in Romania. Last month, that impossible dream became reality. It was a powerful reminder of why finding your tribe matters. When you surround yourself with extraordinary people, you rise to meet them.
That is the same energy we are committed to creating here at Adaptaa. This month we launch our next Inspiring Women cohort, guided by Tatiana Poliakova and our new collaborator, Daria Ibrulj. This marks the beginning of many inspiring partnerships that will enrich our community in the months ahead.
And as autumn is in full swing, our focus turns to November and the Return to Self Retreat in Romania. This is not just another retreat. It is held at a sacred time of year, aligned with the opening of the energetic Sphinx portal in the Bucegi Mountains, right around our hotel. We designed this experience to combine the depth of coaching with the power of energy. We chose this time intentionally. Pre-Christmas, many of you are close to burnout. This is the perfect moment to pause, reset and step into 2026 with clarity and renewal.
We are grateful to walk this journey with you. Together, we are creating spaces where impossible dreams become real, where courage is the result, and where leaders can show up with nothing to prove.
