We have a No Refund Policy. We work with people who are all in, committed, courageous, and ready to play full out. When you say yes, we take that seriously, and we want you to as well.

If you’re unable to attend an upcoming Retreat or Programme, you must notify us at least 60 days prior to the start date. In that case, your payment will be credited toward a future Retreat or Programme, to be used within 12 months.

If you cancel within 60 days of the start date of the Retreat or Programme, no portion of your fee will be refunded or credited. Due to the planning, logistics, and limited space involved in our experiences, we are unable to apply your payment toward a future event or offer a refund.

If you are on a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed as agreed. Choosing not to attend does not cancel your payment obligation.
